Why Is Tyson (TSN) Down 6.3% Since Last Earnings Report?
Tyson Foods reported Q3 fiscal 2026 results with adjusted EPS of $0.99 missing the consensus estimate of $1.03, while revenues of $13.87 billion also fell short of expectations. The company faced volume declines of 2.8% year-over-year, particularly in the beef segment which saw a 15.9% volume drop. Management lowered full-year guidance for adjusted operating income to $2.1-$2.3 billion from $2.2-$2.4 billion. The stock has declined 6.3% since earnings and carries a Zacks Rank #4 (Sell) rating.
