Premium Income Corporation Establishes at-the-Market Equity Program
Premium Income Corporation announced the establishment of an at-the-market (ATM) equity program effective until October 2, 2028, allowing the Fund to issue up to $250 million in Class A and Preferred Shares through the TSX at prevailing market prices. The program replaces a prior ATM program from August 2024 and will be managed by National Bank Financial Inc. Proceeds will be used according to the Fund's investment objectives, which focus on Canadian bank equities.
