Tenable Uses OpenAI GPT Cyber Models to Help Defenders Inspect Community-Built AI Components
Tenable Holdings has partnered with OpenAI to create the CyberAgents Exchange AI Inspector, a security review tool that combines OpenAI's GPT cyber models with Tenable's security expertise to evaluate AI agents, skills, and multi-agent playbooks before enterprise deployment. The tool, unveiled at OpenAI's Intelligence at Work: Cyber Summit, is expected to launch in September 2026 and aims to help security teams safely adopt agentic AI by inspecting community-built components.
Tenable Joins White House-Led Project Watershed to Bolster U.S. Water Systems Cybersecurity
Tenable Holdings has joined Project Watershed, a White House-led cybersecurity initiative aimed at protecting U.S. water and wastewater systems from cyber threats. The program, led by the Office of the National Cyber Director and piloted in Texas, connects water utilities with cybersecurity expertise to identify and address vulnerabilities. This comes following recent cyberattacks on water systems across multiple states.
