Axsome Begins Phase III Study on AXS-05 for Smoking Cessation

JAZZ Rises on Updated OS Results From Gastric Cancer Study

Jazz Pharmaceuticals announced second interim results from the HERIZON-GEA-01 study showing statistically significant overall survival improvements for Ziihera plus chemotherapy versus standard of care trastuzumab plus chemotherapy in HER2-positive gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma. The three-drug regimen of Ziihera plus Tevimbra and chemotherapy also demonstrated improved OS hazard ratios with longer follow-up. These results support the recent FDA label expansion of Ziihera for first-line treatment in this indication, significantly expanding its commercial opportunity.
