Ferrari N.V. has completed its €250 million second tranche of share buybacks, purchasing 815,739 common shares across Euronext Milan and NYSE for €249.999 million. The company announced a third tranche of up to €250 million starting September 2, 2026, to be executed through non-discretionary agreements with primary financial institutions. Since January 2026, Ferrari has repurchased 1,701,184 shares totaling €510.76 million as part of its €3.5 billion multi-year buyback program expected to conclude by 2030.
