However, the company faces significant customer concentration risk with Walmart accounting for 85% of its fiscal 2025 revenue. While Symbotic is attempting to diversify through partnerships with Target, Albertsons, and SoftBank's Greenbox venture, its long-term contract with Walmart extends through 2037, providing stability but also dependency.
Symbotic Joins Stanford Robotics Center Industrial Affiliates Program
Symbotic Inc. (Nasdaq: SYM), an A.I.-enabled robotics technology company for supply chain automation, announced its membership in the Stanford Robotics Center Industrial Affiliates Program. The membership will enable Symbotic to collaborate with Stanford's research community on advancing robotics, autonomy, and artificial intelligence, with opportunities including hosting visiting scholars, participating on advisory boards, and sponsoring research projects.
